Allow ICU's version.mk to be used by GNU make (= instead of *=).

Add support for building generated C files.

Allow ICU's version.mk to be used by GNU make (= instead of *=).

Add support for building generated C files.

Reference ICU libraries using "gb_Library_use_externals" across the tree.
Also ICU is an external library, remove it from RepositoryFixes.mk
which is only for internal ones, and keep it in RepositoryExternal.mk
exclusively. Since we get to specify the full linker parameter over there,
remove the half-baked hacks for it from RepositoryFixes.mk.

Move smoketestdoc to the top-level test directory. This is where all
integration tests are meant to be; a binary copy of the smoketest was
there already.

there already.

Delete the smoketestoo_native module whose only purpose was to run
the smoketest, something that is done in the Java bvt test now.
Delete the old smoketest binary copy in test/ and use this one built
from source.
Build an .odt file for the smoketest instead of the legacy .sxw.

Note that we now require main/ built to build test/, as
the Ant build files required to build smoketest's Java component
are in main/.

Port our SDBC-JDBC bridge driver to Java. Supported interfaces,
service names, implementation names, logging channels and messages,
initialization arguments, and general behaviour is all preserved, so it
should be completely transparent to client code.

Allow PropertySetAdapter.getPropertyValue() to throw WrappedTargetException,
and PropertySetAdapter.setPropertyValue() to throw PropertyVetoException,
IllegalArgumentException, and WrappedTargetException, as these are
sometimes used to change values in a database driver, which can fail.

Port helper classes from main/comphelper for logging.

Port AutoRetrievingBase.

Add in-memory Column, ResultSet and metadata classes.

Improve handling of Any in ORowSetValue.

Move PostgreSQL's database metadata result set class to dbtools, and
have it only override the method it needs.

It's "information_schema" in PostgreSQL - "INFORMATION_SCHEMA"
doesn't exist and gives an error.

Add a new UNO service com.sun.star.sdb.ParameterSubstitution as was
intended by main/connectivity/source/dbtools/dbtools.component
that allow substituting parameters, so it can be used from Java.

Keep the database drivers in a common install package.
