Initials 2 Enter the initials of the person, whom you want to use as a second contact. Country Enter the name of the country in which you live. Profession Enter the title of your profession. Phone Enter your home telephone number. Mobile Enter your mobile telephone number. Homepage Enter the address of your internet homepage.
