Address Book Source Set the data source and data table for your address book. Data Source Select the data source for your address book. Table Select the data table for your address book. Configure Add a new data source to the Address Book Source list. Field assignment Define the field assignments for your address book. (Field name) Select the field in the data table that corresponds to the address book entry.
