Convert the paragraph indices in EditTextObject and BinTextObject
to 32 bit integers. Factor out the BaseList class into a separate
file and use it as the ContentInfoList.
Also increment the binary

a 32 bit paragraph count.

mistakes that found home in OpenOffice through decades. We
could probably blame the international nature of the code but
it is somewhat shameful that this wasn't done before.
