stlport-replacement headers to support the complexity of containers with
non-default allocators. Xcode>=5.1's libc++ runs into build problems with
such custom allocator support in the stlport-replacement headers because
of constness mismatches.

When compiling in C++11 mode the system provided TR1 compliant headers are
already required to be available and to be in the std namespace. The wrappers
trying to map the TR1 containers into the std namespace too is problematic
them, so it must be avoided in C++11 mode. Having TR1 compliant headers
available directly also simplifies the stlport4 emulation considerably.

immediately and replacing it by standard compliant system or compiler

From a binary perspective the wrappers allow dropping stlport4 itself
immediately and replacing it by standard compliant system or compiler
standard template libraries.

From a source code perspective the other parts of the codebase
can remain untouched for now. They can be gradually converted
from stlport4 to the TR1 or C++11 standard at a comfortable pace
later. The header wrappers will assist this source-code conversion.
