Initial support for the FreeBSD ARM platform.

This is just the skeleton, basically a copy of the linux support.
It wouldn't be surprising if it works without much trouble.

Update endianness detection on FreeBSD.

This produces a working AOO on FreeBSD PowerPC64!

This is related to i126615 which was also fixed by Curtis a while ago.

crash observed so we disable their generation and handle the result
gracefully.

used on MacOSX. Rather than porting them manually or half-manually e.g. using
LLVM-intrinsics the compiler is happy to do the work for us for C++ methods
even if they only contain inline assembler (wrapped by the compiler generated
frame setup code, of course).
