Attempt to clean up most but certainly not all the spelling
mistakes that found home in OpenOffice through decades. We

could probably blame the international nature of the code but
it is somewhat shameful that this wasn't done before.

i108228 - table: bool has negative sign when used in formula expression.

The root problem is that the boolean expression "true"
evaluates to -1 rather than +1 in formulas in Writer.
