Change "Drawing View" to "Normal View" in popup menu (Impress)

This fixes:

Preliminary attempt to convert all instances of GetParagraphCount()
to return a sal_uInt32 or sal_uLong, and fix any related problems
in all their callers.

Fixed typos (the the -> the) and some more

Merge branches/gbuild-reintegration to trunk.
